HaYley Haberman
Growing up in Toronto, Hayley was around yoga and yogic ideas from the very beginning. Both her mother and grandmother practiced yoga and meditation. Over the years, she went through periods when she would attend hatha yoga classes regularly, although the style did not resonate with her, and she was never able to stick with it for very long as a consistent practice.
Then, in 2005, Hayley went to her first hot power vinyasa class and felt a strong connection. The practice was both physically demanding as well as meditative. It was vigorous and mindful. It felt like coming home. It was also really fun!
Over time, Hayley established a consistent yoga and meditation practice, and started reading as much as she could on these limitless topics. Practice, self-study, and guidance from amazing teachers have helped her to become healthier and happier, and have led her down a path that has changed her life. She has done trainings with Elizabeth Huntsman DeAngelis and Tricia Philpot, Claire Este-MacDonald and Gregor Singleton, Marc StPierre, Beryl Bender Birch, Rolf Gates, Bryan Kest, Natasha Rizopolus, Stephen Cope and Baron Baptiste.
