We hope you enjoy classes at Empower! Below are Empower Beverly & Solstice Lynnfield policies & procedures. The health and safety of all of our students and teachers are our first priority.

Please read careful and sign our updated waiver. It is required for participation in ALL CLASSES (In-Studio, Outdoor, and VIRTUAL/online classes)
IN-STUDIO CLASS REGISTRATION
For all in-studio classes, pre-registration/pre-payment is strongly encouraged but drop-ins are welcome!
FEELING SICK?
PLEASE STAY HOME if you have a fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, stomach or body aches, loss of smell or taste.
CHECK IN: Studio will open 15-20 minutes before class begins.
MATS/PROPS/RENTALS: Empower Yoga and Solstice Power Yoga has Yoga Mat and Towels for sale as well as Rentals available. It is $3 for a rental towel, $3 for a yoga mat rental and $5 if you rent both a mat & towel together.
WATER - Water filling stations are now available for use and we also sell BOXED WATER IS BETTER.
AFTER CLASS: Please wipe down the area around your mat to ensure the area/floor is dry.
AIR FILTRATION: Empower Yoga and Solstice Power Yoga have installed AirOasis iAdaptAir HEPA/UV Air Filtration devices The iAdaptAir® HEPA air purifier combines the top five technologies - AHPCO®, Bi-Polar® ionization, germicidal ultraviolet, True HEPA and carbon filtration into one product.

Directions:
Traveling from Boston:
Take Interstate 93 North to Interstate 95/Route128 North.
At Exit 46, where I95 splits off to the right, continue straight on Route 128 North.
Take the RT-1A N exit- EXIT 20A- toward HAMILTON.
Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto DODGE ST / MA-1A. Continue to follow MA-1A.
Empower will be on your right (located in The Commodore Plaza,
the same shopping center as Not your Average Joe's).
Traveling from New Hampshire:
Take Route 3 or Interstate 93 South to Interstate 95/Route128 North.
Take the RT-1A N exit- EXIT 20A- toward HAMILTON.
Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto DODGE ST / MA-1A. Continue to follow MA-1A.
Empower will be on your right (past Starbucks, Stop & Shop and Dunkin Donuts.) We are located in The Commomdore Plaza, the same shopping center as DOGSPA and REV KITCHEN restaurant, next to the Karate Studio.
