Eileen Moschella
Eileen first started practicing yoga in 2009 after finishing
the NYC Marathon. With a sore ankle and stiff muscles, she
was expecting a good stretch. After this first Power Yoga class she was instantly hooked. The vigor, the strength, the stretch,
the movement, the clarity and the peacefulness she experienced
was something she had never experience before. |
As a long time athlete and Certified Spin Instructor she found a new passion.
Eileen felt major anxiety, especially during her second pregnancy, and realized just how important the breath is to calming the nervous system. After returning to her hot power yoga practice,
the profound sense of both mental and physical healing motivated her to complete the RYT 200 Teacher Training with Tricia Philpott at Empower in 2016.
Her love and passion for yoga keeps Eileen’s practice and teaching evolving. Eileen teaches a vigorous yet grounding practice. Her energetic spirit is contagious making her classes fun and invigorating as well as nurturing.
Eileen graduated from Endicott College in 2003 with a BS in Interior Design, Eileen is currently a design contractor for Red Thread, a Steelcase furniture dealership in Boston.
Eileen also teaches spin. She's had a Spinning Certification through MAD DOGG ATHLETICS since 2006.
When not teaching or practicing yoga, Eileen loves spending time with her family at the beach, running, spinning, painting and being with her wonderful daughters and supportive husband.
