This retreat will be will be all inclusive of:

6 days/5 nights of upscale sea view accommodations at 4* hotel perched on rocks right on the the ocean in the heart of the Costa Brava near Girona. The hotel is located on the Camino de Ronda in Port Salve and offers an exceptional view of the Mediterranean Sea
Meals Included: Breakfast and dinner daily at the resort's restaurant
Daily Inferno Pilates with Elaina & Daily Yoga with Kelly Classes each morning
Full Service Spa including Ayurvedic Treatments & Fitness Facilities
Boat Excursion included to the Medas Islands
Roundtrip Airport Transfers from Barcelona City or Airport (about 1 hour 20 minutes drive)

This retreat will be will be all inclusive of:

6 days/5 nights of luxury sea view accommodations at 5* resort on the stunning southern coast of Sardinia overlooking Chia Bay
Meals Included: Breakfast and dinner daily at the resort's restaurant
Daily Inferno Pilates with Elaina & Daily Yoga with Stephanie Classes each morning
Full Service Spa & Fitness Facilities
Sunset Boat Excursion: Explore the southern coast of Sardinia by boat exploring Chia’s bays.
Wide range of activities and water sports in and around the resort including surfing, windsurfing, snorkeling, scuba diving. The resort also has hiking and cycling opportunities as well as two new Padel courts and four tennis courts!
Roundtrip Airport Transfers to/from Cagliari Airport (about an hour drive)
