We have loved seeing you the past few months through ZOOM classes, and out on the MarketStreet Green. THANK YOU to all the teachers and students for your continued support and dedication to our community!

We are thrilled to announce we will be reopening the studios! We've been busy getting the studios prepared to welcome you back and we expect to have in-studio some classes beginning the week of September 21st!

Class sizes will be limited to ensure appropriate distancing between mats as mandated by Massachusetts guidelines. The in-studio schedule will be limited/modified as we test the waters back at the studios.

For all of you who love our zoom classes, rest assured that we will continue our robust schedule of zoom classes and many in-studio classes will be live-streamed so that those who prefer to stay at home, or cannot get to the studio, can continue to enjoy virtual classes.

We have been busy at the studios preparing the studios for safe classes. There will be new equipment, procedures and safety measures in place such as:

Limited class sizes
Appropriate Distancing of mats
HEPA/UV Air Filters
Electrostatic Disinfectant Sprayers for all high-touch surfaces
Plastic Barriers between mats
Temperature Check upon arrival
Masks will be worn by everyone at all times unless on your mat
Increased Professional cleaning of the studios
One person in the lobby at a time for check-in
Hand Sanitizer available and encouraged
