New to Yoga? No problem.  

Join Jeanne for a fun interactive workshop to learn the Basics of Power Yoga. Jeanne will break down some of the most challenging aspects of the practice. Modifications will be taught so you can immediately feel comfortable participating in all levels classes.

The following techniques will be taught and practiced:

Sun Salutations and how to move from high to low plank

Foundational poses will be broken down such as Downdog Updog Warrior Poses and many of the standing poses typically practiced in Power Yoga

This workshop is appropriate for those brand new and for those who want to refine their technique.
